Client Service Associate

Prior to joining Financial Compass Group in July 2024, Jacob was a Business Analyst Intern for the UMass President’s Office.

Jacob joined Financial Compass Group with the aspiration to provide outstanding assistance in helping clients reach, maintain, and enhance their financial goals. He is responsible for assisting clients with the onboarding process, setting up client accounts, and supporting Advisors in an administrative role.

Jacob graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he received his Master of Science in Business Analytics, as well as his Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management.

During his time at UMass, Jacob was a member of the Minuteman Marching Band for two years. He now enjoys golfing, teaching music, going out with friends, and watching the Celtics and Red Sox.
