Dorothy brings a wealth of knowledge from her extensive career in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eric’s Team, Dorothy held various roles at Lincoln Financial Advisors and Metropolitan Life, where she honed her skills in project management, customer service, reinsurance, and finance.

Dorothy oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bertz team, handling many of the “behind-the-scenes” activities that enable exceptional service to their clients. She plays a key role in processing life insurance new business applications, scheduling reviews, and managing client service requests. Dorothy is committed to creating client-centric workflows that enhance the life insurance process, reflecting her customer-focused approach.

Outside of work, Dorothy is passionate about maintaining her physical fitness, exploring creative pursuits, and giving back to her community. She has a strong track record of mentoring and coaching, having coached baseball and basketball for children, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Dorothy is a proud parent of two children and eight grandchildren, and she leverages her extensive skills and experience to support the growth of Eric’s team.
